Recently our property manager Westwind has received a few inquires about our HOA’s snow removal policies. Thus, we wanted to provide you all with the following details with regard to our current snow removal policies:
If the above thresholds are met, our snow removal contractor should be at our property within a few hours of the ceasing of the snowfall.
If the above thresholds are not met, each homeowner is advised to follow the snow removal requirements as set forth by the City of Denver.

- Common Sidewalks: Will be cleared by an ATV with a plow when the snow accumulation is 2” or more during the course of the same snow event.
- Walks Leading to Front Doors and Front Porch: Will be cleared by hand shoveling when the snow accumulation is 2” or more during the course of the same snow event.
- Alleys: Will be cleared by a truck with a plow when the snow accumulation is 4” or more during the course of the same snow event.
If the above thresholds are met, our snow removal contractor should be at our property within a few hours of the ceasing of the snowfall.
If the above thresholds are not met, each homeowner is advised to follow the snow removal requirements as set forth by the City of Denver.
